Job Summary
Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a skilled Audience Manager to build and manage audience segments for targeted marketing, leveraging data to drive personalization and relevance across lifecycle and activation channels.
The role focuses on developing segmentation frameworks, maintaining audience quality within CDP platforms, and supporting campaign targeting strategies — ensuring data-driven, compliant, and high-performing audience execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design & Implement Audience Segmentation Frameworks: Develop structured segmentation methodologies to enable targeted and personalized marketing across channels.
- Build & Manage Audience Segments in CDP: Translate campaign and lifecycle briefs into executable audience requirements; build, validate, and deploy segments across Salesforce CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, or equivalent tools.
- Analyze Audience Insights & Behaviors: Conduct analysis on audience performance, behaviors, and overlap to surface actionable insights for marketing and strategy teams.
- Support Campaign Targeting Strategy: Partner with lifecycle, activation, and creative teams to define targeting parameters and ensure accurate audience deployment.
- Drive Audience Performance Optimization: Refine audience segments based on performance data; support experimentation audience setups to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
- Ensure Data Quality & Compliance: Maintain audience governance, naming conventions, documentation, and reuse standards; ensure consent and privacy considerations are reflected in all audience usage.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation logic, CRM targeting, and marketing data operations.
- Hands-on experience with CDP platforms such as Salesforce CDP or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and audience extraction.
- Knowledge of consent management and privacy compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, PDPA).
- Experience supporting campaign targeting strategies across lifecycle and activation channels.
- Strong accuracy, QA discipline, and attention to detail in audience builds and documentation.
- Effective stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across strategy, analytics, creative, and activation teams.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms to track and optimize audience performance.
