As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves designing the architecture of custom software systems that effectively translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand evolving needs and integrating those insights into architectural designs is a key aspect of the daily workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies and tools to support architectural goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom application development.
