Aerovy

Aerovy builds an AI-native operating layer above telematics for industrial and mobility OEMs. The work is technical in the round: signals arriving from equipment across mobility, industrial, material handling and construction are normalised into a single unified model of assets, components, health and events, engineered to hold across brands and model years. That model is then wired into the systems customers already run - ERP, dealer and service platforms - rather than replacing them, which places engineers squarely at the boundary between machine data and enterprise systems.

The Aerovy Platform performs the unification; Aerovy AI Agents act upon it. The agents work across existing company systems to diagnose issues, detect problems before they surface, create service tickets, reserve parts, schedule technicians, generate reports and sync resolutions back to systems of record. The technical domains in play are correspondingly wide: AI agents, telematics data integration, data normalisation and unified data modelling, predictive maintenance and diagnostics, energy orchestration, enterprise integration and connected hardware.

The company began with airport electrification and infrastructure for advanced air mobility, then broadened into wider OEM connectivity and energy orchestration. It operates across aviation, advanced air mobility, airports, mobility, industrial equipment, material handling, construction and aftermarket service. Reported outcomes are qualitative rather than quantified - improved support responsiveness in aftermarket service, reduced equipment downtime and higher first-time fix rates.
