Ease Health builds an AI-native operating system for behavioral health, unifying CRM, EHR, and revenue cycle management into a single connected platform in which data flows from first call to final payment. Rather than layering artificial intelligence onto fragmented tools, the company has rebuilt intake, clinical documentation, referrals, business development and billing from the ground up - in contrast to legacy EHRs designed chiefly to digitise paper charts. Its technical work spans AI-native software, electronic health records, healthcare CRM, claims processing and billing automation, and clinical documentation automation.

The scale of the systems involved is substantial. The platform has processed over $2.5 billion in claims and submitted more than 11 million payor claims. Providers report documentation completed 60 to 70 percent faster, 30 to 40 percent more sessions opened on clinicians' calendars, and intake and admissions labour costs cut in half. The problems are operational and technical at once: reliability across claims pipelines, automation of clinical documentation, and the reconciliation of customer, clinical and financial data within one system.

The company raised a $41 million Series A. Its stated mission is to give clinicians and operators their time back so they can focus on care rather than paperwork, addressing administrative strain across intake, clinical, billing and business development teams.
