Golden Analytics builds an AI-native business intelligence platform that automates the full data workflow, from connection through to insight delivery. Founded in 2026 and based in Bellevue, Washington, the company raised $21 million in seed funding from NEA, Madrona and Insight Partners. Its technical work spans artificial intelligence, data integration, data analytics, workflow automation and data visualization.

The Golden Analytics Platform connects to existing data sources and surfaces patterns, insights and visualisations the moment data is connected, collapsing the explore-prep-analyse-communicate sequence into a single uninterrupted flow. Its second product, the Slider of Autonomy, lets users choose how much AI assistance they want - from fully manual exploration to fully automated dashboard creation - while retaining control over the outcome.

The company was founded by Francois Ajenstat, formerly Chief Product Officer at Tableau. Its stated design philosophy is to embed AI directly into the analytics experience rather than bolt it on, and to serve data experts seeking depth alongside business users seeking accessibility. This places engineering judgement - over model behaviour, user control and the trade-offs between automation and manual rigour - at the centre of the product.
