Lorikeet builds AI agents that resolve customer problems across voice, chat and email for complex and regulated businesses worldwide.
Lorikeet builds AI agents for businesses where customer service cannot afford to be approximate. Its platform is used by complex and regulated companies - fintechs, healthtechs, marketplaces, delivery services, crypto marketplaces and energy providers - to offer their customers a universal concierge across voice, chat and email. The aim is not deflection to self-service, a limitation of conventional chatbots, but resolution: agents that look up data, take action inside systems, and make complex decisions in the most demanding circumstances.
The engineering is deliberately oriented towards hard problems. A distinctive architecture gives the agents the flexibility to act rather than merely respond, and the technical domains in play are substantial - agentic and conversational AI, voice, chat and email automation, multi-channel systems, and complex decision-making automation. Precision and accuracy are treated as the governing constraints, given that the deployments serve regulated industries where mistakes carry consequences.
Lorikeet operates globally, working alongside customers whose products are themselves intricate and heavily supervised. Engineers joining such a firm encounter problems at the intersection of reliability, autonomy and real-world consequence - the sort of work that rewards exacting standards and a taste for the unsolved.
