Moring

Moring builds production agentic AI for regulated industries, with an AI Control Plane governing access, actions and approvals and logging every agent run for audit.

Moring builds production AI for governed enterprise workflows. The company deploys agentic AI systems into regulated industries - financial services, banking, insurance and other compliance-heavy organisations - where artificial intelligence must operate under the same scrutiny as the processes it augments. Its work is directed squarely at deployment rather than experimentation: agents that handle commercial onboarding, KYC, claims triage, underwriting evidence and incident triage for AI operations, put into service inside customers' own environments.

Central to this is the AI Control Plane, a governance layer that governs access, actions and approvals for AI agents and records every agent run for audit. Bespoke agentic solutions are built alongside it and deployed within the customer's cloud infrastructure - AWS, Azure, Google Cloud - or on-premises, meeting the residency and security constraints that regulated work demands. Technical domains span agentic AI, AI governance, AI audit and observability, and integration with existing identity and security systems.

Engineering at Moring is an embedded discipline: engineers work alongside customer teams to build, test and deploy agents, and are expected to treat reliability, security and accountability as design constraints from the first line of code. The pace is fast, but the standard is that AI operations remain governed and auditable throughout. For engineers who want their work to reach production under real regulatory pressure, the role is unusually demanding and unusually consequential.
