Nango is an open-source platform that provides integration infrastructure for product integrations, handling OAuth, rate limits, pagination, webhooks and credential storage across 800+ APIs.
Nango builds the infrastructure behind product integrations. Founded in 2022 and a Y Combinator (W23) company, it offers an open-source platform that absorbs the unglamorous complexity of connecting software to other software: OAuth flows and token refresh, rate-limit handling, pagination, webhooks and credential storage. The stated aim is to let teams ship integrations in hours rather than weeks, and to let developers and AI agents connect products to one another quickly. The platform supports 800+ APIs across any backend language, AI coding tool and agent SDK.
The engineering substance is considerable. Nango runs 1M+ integrations in production and executes roughly 150M+ customer code runs a month at 99.9% uptime, serving 400+ paying customers in developer infrastructure, SaaS and the AI-agent stack. The work spans API integrations, authentication flows, webhooks, credential security, TypeScript-based integration logic and agent SDKs - a spread of problems where correctness under adversarial conditions is the whole job.
The team is fully remote and drawn from the senior ranks of developer-infrastructure companies, among them AWS, GitHub, Okta, Snyk and Netlify. The culture is open-source, developer-first and code-first, with a stated emphasis on developer experience. For engineers who want ownership of hard, widely-used systems rather than peripheral product work, the appeal is in the combination: deep technical domains, production scale from early on, and a small group of proven practitioners.
