PPMI

PPMI is a European research and policy analysis centre, founded in 2001 and headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. It works with EU institutions, national governments and international organisations, applying evidence-based methods to contemporary public policy questions. More than 100 researchers are employed across disciplines including political science, economics, sociology, philosophy, mathematics and computer science - an interdisciplinary base that underpins its analytical work.

The organisation's portfolio spans public policy advisory and evaluation, data and analytics, and behavioural and communications work, the latter strengthened through partnership with the Verian Group. It also handles complex field research implementation, from projects involving hundreds of interviews to international surveys with tens of thousands of respondents. Partner organisation coverage extends across all EU countries, and the firm collaborates with leading public research institutes, universities and data analysis companies, bridging the private and public sectors.
