Pythagoras AI is building Clara, an AI agent workforce for healthcare. Rather than answering questions, Clara performs real patient-facing work: scheduling, care management, screenings, patient outreach, inbound support and post-discharge follow-up. The system integrates deeply with customers' EHRs, telephony systems and existing processes, executing operational and clinical workflows end to end and building longitudinal patient context as it learns each organisation, with the stated ambition of becoming increasingly proactive and autonomous over time.

Founded in 2025, Pythagoras AI is an early-stage team of engineers, clinicians and entrepreneurs working at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Its technical work spans agentic AI, conversational and voice automation, EHR integration and clinical workflow automation.
