Redcare Pharmacy is Europe's leading online pharmacy and digital health platform, a publicly listed company founded in 2001 in Cologne and headquartered in Sevenum, the Netherlands. Under CEO Olaf Heinrich, who took the role in August 2023, the company operates across seven European countries - Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, France, Belgium and the Netherlands - serving more than 13.7 million active customers and dispatching upwards of 112,000 parcels a day.

The company's product portfolio pairs prescription and over-the-counter health and beauty products with digital services. Shop Apotheke serves Germany and Austria; localized Redcare webshops operate in Italy, Switzerland and France; and Farmaline covers Belgium. Two acquisitions, the smartpatient medication management app and the medapp e-health medication platform, extend the offering into software beyond the webshop. Engineering work spans e-commerce and online pharmacy platform development, digital health, medication management apps, localized webshop operations, and logistics and parcel fulfilment.

Redcare Pharmacy employs over 2,600 people and is guided by the vision "Until every human has their health," with the stated ambition of being "the one-stop pharmacy of the future." A June 2023 rebrand from Shop Apotheke Europe to Redcare Pharmacy unified the brand vision across the group, and growth has been pursued through both organic expansion and strategic acquisition.
