The company raised $11 million in seed funding from Khosla Ventures and Felicis, and within four months of launching from stealth secured eight customers including unicorns and public companies: Gusto, dbt Labs, Instacart, and Opendoor. The founding team brings substantial operating experience, with CEO Andrew Berman having previously founded Nanit and Vowel (acquired by Zapier). Co-founders Tal Peretz and Vitor Balocco led AI initiatives at Zapier, and the company benefits from advisory input by David Soria Parra, co-creator of MCP.
The platform addresses a critical gap in enterprise AI adoption: the need to deploy AI agents with security controls and operational visibility.
