Sermo operates a global online community for verified healthcare professionals - more than 1.5 million members across roughly 150 countries - where physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists and nurses exchange candid clinical perspectives. The technical work is substantial and varied. Sermo is redesigning its research operations around AI agents and automation, cloud infrastructure and data platforms, while retaining human review and quality assurance at every stage. Engineering problems span market research technology, a large-scale online community platform, and identity and credential verification for a profession in which trust is the whole product.
