Standard Bots builds vertically integrated, AI-native industrial robot arms, designed and assembled in the United States. The company's stated aim is to make robots accessible to manufacturers and to strengthen a resilient American industrial base; by robots shipped it describes itself as the largest industrial robotics company in the United States. Revenue has grown roughly tenfold annually, and robot orders are up twentyfold year-over-year.

The engineering spans hardware and software at once. AmpereDrive, the company's proprietary drive technology, covers in-house motors, encoders and drives, optimised for torque density and force sensing. ArcOS, an AI-powered operating system, carries the Flux AI Skill capability: robots are taught by demonstration, so operators show a machine what to do rather than write code. The technical domains involved range from motor and drive engineering to robot learning from demonstration, force sensing and physical AI built on NVIDIA Isaac.

The product line covers most of the manufacturing spectrum. Core (RO1) handles the majority of manufacturing tasks with an 18kg payload and 1.3m reach; Thor is a heavy-duty arm rated at 30kg payload and 2.0m reach; Spark serves tabletop and education applications; and Bolt is offered for custom configurations.
