Trebellar builds what it bills as the industry's first agent-based AI platform for corporate real estate. Its platform unifies fragmented real estate data - lease, cost, headcount and space information - into a single connected model, and its AI agents plan, execute and deliver actionable results rather than conventional dashboards. The engineering problems are substantive: reconciling heterogeneous data estates into one coherent model, then building agents that act on it across portfolio management, space planning, lease optimization and workplace strategy. The company was founded by veteran engineers from Google and Salesforce and is headquartered in San Francisco, having raised $18 million in a Series A round.

Its customers include Meta, Uber, Merck and Cohesity. Trebellar's stated mission is to power corporate real estate's AI transformation with purpose-built tools, positioning itself as a trusted partner at every step of the customer journey.
