Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Experience in testing D365 CRM applications, including Customer Service, Power Apps, and Portal solutions, covering SIT, System Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Hands-on experience or specialization in ETL Testing, including validating data pipelines, data transformations, data integrity, and end-to-end data reconciliation across systems.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in Agile/Scrum teams alongside Developers, Business Analysts, Testers, and Product Owners.
• Test Automation expertise, including scripting, developing automation frameworks, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (experience with UiPath is nice to have).
• Experience in Non-Functional Testing, including Accessibility, Compatibility, and Performance testing (nice to have).
• Exposure to commercial/enterprise environments and delivery models (nice to have).
• Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (basic to intermediate level), UIPath basics.
• Support regression, smoke, sanity, and system integration testing activities.
• Collaborate with Developers, BAs, and Product teams to ensure testable and high-quality requirements.
• Identify suitable test scenarios for automation and contribute to automation coverage improvement.
• Analyse test failures, log defects clearly, and work with teams on root-cause analysis.
• Execute testing across web browsers and environments as part of CI/CD pipelines (basic exposure).
• Ensure test evidence, results, and quality metrics are clearly documented and reported.
• Promote a shift-left quality mindset, embedding testing early in Agile delivery.
