Seeking ServiceNow Business Analysts to support IRM transformation
Strong in requirement gathering, user stories, FRDs/RTMs, and process mapping
Experience across Risk, Compliance, Audit, or TPRM domains
Exposure to ServiceNow platform (IRM/GRC preferred)
Key role bridging business stakeholders and technical delivery in a regulated banking environment
