Atira GmbH

Atira GmbH builds a multi-agent AI orchestration layer between CRM and ERP that automates RFQ response end to end for industrial companies selling complex products and services.

Atira GmbH, founded in November 2024 by Florian Diegruber and August DuMont Schütte, builds an AI orchestration layer that sits between CRM and ERP systems for industrial companies selling complex products and services. The company's multi-agent RFQ automation platform addresses one of the more stubbornly manual corners of enterprise sales engineering: the commercial response process. Incoming requests for quotation are screened and structured, feasibility is evaluated, solutions are configured from available modules, and technical and commercial documentation is generated - end to end, integrated with existing CRM, ERP and CPQ systems.

The technical surface is demanding. Atira's stack spans multi-agent AI systems, AI orchestration, document understanding and unstructured data processing, enterprise software integration across CRM/ERP/CPQ boundaries, and generative document automation. These are problems where the interesting difficulty lives in the details: parsing heterogeneous RFQ packages, reasoning over product configuration constraints, and producing documents that survive scrutiny from sales engineers who know their domain deeply.

The results are measurable rather than aspirational. Customers report ask-to-bid times shortened by up to 80%, and more than 15 customers run the platform in production. Among them are ABB E-Mobility, Chiron Group and Rema Tip Top - industrial manufacturers and suppliers with complex, engineering-heavy sales cycles. The company has raised $17.5 million in funding.

Atira concentrates on industrial manufacturing, complex product and service sales, and B2B industrial suppliers, with a stated focus on automating highly manual sales engineering and bid management workflows.
