Catena Clearing builds the universal data API for logistics: a single integration point that standardizes and connects fragmented telematics data from across the trucking ecosystem, transforming messy, incompatible data streams into clean, normalized information that platforms can trust. Its product delivers real-time vehicle location, hours of service and asset status to transportation management systems, freight brokerages, shippers, supply chain platforms and fintech firms, including those working in insurance underwriting, fraud prevention and carrier verification.

The technical work is unusually concrete. The company maintains prebuilt integrations for more than 125 Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) used throughout the United States, and its engineering spans telematics data integration, data normalization and ETL, API development and real-time vehicle data streaming. The stated aim is to eliminate the engineering burden for its customers - a mandate that rewards practitioners who can impose order on incompatible data and who are rewarded for making hard infrastructure look simple.

Headquartered in New York City, with additional presence in Washington, D.C., the United Kingdom and Brazil, Catena Clearing operates across four locations. The company has raised $8.25 million in funding, backed in part by 30 industry angels.
