The engineering scope is broad and unusually concrete. Business intelligence dashboards give MSP operations real-time visibility; machine-learning models perform ticket triage and categorisation, protecting service-level agreements by reducing triage cost; an automated dispatching system routes work through customisable priority rules and, by the company's account, saves dispatchers 80% of their time while removing the discretion that breeds cherry-picking. Underneath sits a data integration platform spanning more than 80 connectors to PSA, RMM and general business tools, centralising data that would otherwise sit in silos. Micro training bots extend the same automation discipline to staff development.
