gaiia is building the first AI-driven operating system for Internet Service Providers, a cloud-based platform designed to replace legacy OSS/BSS infrastructure. Its solution integrates customer management, inventory fulfillment, network monitoring, workforce scheduling, and reporting into a single comprehensive system. The company operates across North America and Latin America within the telecommunications sector.
The company was founded by telecommunications industry veterans who previously built oxio, which was sold to Cogeco in a deal valued at $100 million. gaiia has raised $13 million in seed funding to date.
Technical work at gaiia spans artificial intelligence, cloud-based systems, automation, and network monitoring, with the objective of modernizing how ISPs manage billing, operations, and service delivery at scale.
